Enrico Biscocho

Enrico Biscocho is a new teacher coordinator in the Long Beach Unified School District’s Office of Curriculum, Instruction, and Professional Development, where he supports novice teachers through structured induction and professional learning experiences. He is a coauthor of Onboarding Teachers: A Playbook for Getting New Staff Up to Speed (Corwin, 2023), which outlines year-long onboarding frameworks and practical strategies for instructional leaders and coaches.

Biscocho has over 30 years of experience in education, including teaching at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, adult education, and a year of teaching in the United Kingdom through the Fulbright program. His passion for educator development is grounded in extensive professional development experiences, and he holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from San Diego State University.
