Erica Woolway is the President and Chief Academic Officer of Teach Like a Champion and a longtime education leader who has worked in teaching and school leadership roles at Uncommon Schools and Teach For America. She earned a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Duke University, an Ed.M. in School Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University, and an M.A. in School Leadership from National Louis University.
