Ethan Mollick

Ethan Mollick is an associate professor of management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he studies the effects of artificial intelligence on work, entrepreneurship, and education. He is the Ralph J. Roberts Distinguished Faculty Scholar, a Rowan Fellow, and co-director of Wharton’s Generative AI Labs, and he has been recognized as MBA Professor of the Year by Poets & Quants. Mollick received his PhD and MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and his bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.

Mollick is the author of Co-Intelligence: Living and Working with AI, a New York Times bestseller that has been named a best book of the year by The Economist and the Financial Times. His academic research on innovation, entrepreneurship, and crowdfunding has been published in leading management journals and is widely cited, and his work on AI led to his inclusion on TIME Magazine’s list of the Most Influential People in Artificial Intelligence.
