Floyd Cobb
Floyd Cobb, PhD, is an educator and author with nearly 20 years of experience across the P–20 educational continuum, including roles as a teacher, school leader, district curriculum leader, and statewide policy implementer. He earned a PhD in curriculum and instruction from the Morgridge College of Education at the University of Denver, where he is also an adjunct faculty member and has taught courses on social inequality through the lenses of race, class, and gender.
Cobb co-authored Belonging Through a Culture of Dignity: The Keys to Successful Equity Implementation with John Krownapple and is also the author of Leading While Black. He has published numerous articles and book chapters, and online sources identify him as an author and consultant associated with Teaching with Dignity: How to Cultivate a Classroom Ecosystem Where People Thrive.
