Frances Shuster
Frances A. Shuster is a co‑founder of Results Coaching Global, LLC and an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with more than 30 years of experience as a public school educator. She holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.), has been a past president of the ICF North Texas chapter, and serves as a faculty instructor and mentor in the Results Coaching Global ACTP coaching school. Shuster also teaches and coaches at the University of Texas at Dallas Naveen Jindal School of Management, where she supports leadership development through professional coaching.
As an author, Shuster is co‑author of multiple influential books on educational leadership and coaching, including RESULTS Coaching: The New Essential for School Leaders (Corwin, 2010), co‑written with Kathryn Kee, Karen Anderson, Vicky Dearing, Edna Harris, and Frances Shuster. She is also a co‑author of RESULTS Coaching Next Steps: Leading for Growth and Change (Corwin, 2016), alongside Kathryn M. Kee, Karen A. Anderson, and Vicky S. Dearing. Her work focuses on building coaching cultures in K–12 education and developing “coach leaders” who use committed listening, empathy, and emotional intelligence to foster growth and change.
