Georgie Wisen-Vincent

Georgie Wisen-Vincent, PhD, LMFT, RPT-S, ECMHS, is a licensed marriage and family therapist, registered play therapist supervisor, and play therapy expert. They are director of the Play Strong Institute and a child, adolescent, and family psychotherapist in private practice. Wisen-Vincent earned an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University and completed postgraduate study in Child-Centered Play Therapy at the University of Roehampton in London. They have also developed play therapy training programs and teach and supervise emerging therapists.

Wisen-Vincent is the co-author, with Tina Payne Bryson, PhD, of The Way of Play: Using Little Moments of Big Connection to Raise Calm and Confident Kids, published in 2025.
