Gill Hasson is a UK-based author, tutor, coach, and speaker with over 20 years’ experience teaching and writing about personal and professional development, mental health, and wellbeing. She has written more than 20 books for adults, including bestselling titles such as Mindfulness, Mindfulness Pocketbook, Emotional Intelligence, Positive Thinking, and the Sunday Times bestseller How to Deal with Difficult People, focusing on areas such as resilience, communication skills, assertiveness, and careers.
Alongside her adult titles, Hasson also writes children’s books and has authored eight books in the Kids Can Cope series, which includes Take Charge of Anger and Turn Away from Teasing, as well as Put Your Worries Away, Face Your Fears, Say Hi When You’re Shy, Step Back from Frustration, Bounce Back from Disappointment, and Let Go of Jealousy.
