Gravity Goldberg

Gravity Goldberg is an educational consultant, author, and founding director of Gravity Goldberg, LLC. She has nearly 20 years of teaching experience and has worked as a science teacher, reading specialist, third-grade teacher, special educator, literacy coach, staff developer, assistant professor, and yoga teacher.

Goldberg holds a B.A. and M.Ed. from Boston College and an Ed.D. from Teachers College, Columbia University. Her books include Mindsets and Moves: Strategies That Help Readers Take Charge, Teach Like Yourself: How Authentic Teaching Transforms Our Students and Ourselves, What Do I Teach Readers Tomorrow? (fiction and nonfiction), Conferring With Readers, The Body-Brain Connection, and the Teacher’s Toolkit for Independent Reading series for grades 3–5.
