Hannah Wilson
Hannah Wilson is a UK-based leadership development consultant, coach, and trainer specialising in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) in education. She is the Director of The Belonging Effect and the Co‑Founder of #WomenEd and #DiverseEd, networks that support underrepresented and women leaders in education. Wilson previously spent around 20 years in education, holding roles including secondary English teacher, Head of Department, Head of Year, Assistant Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Headteacher, Executive Headteacher, and Head of Secondary Teacher Training at the University of Buckingham, as well as leadership roles in multi‑academy trusts and teaching school alliances. She has also served as a DfE coach for the Women Leading in Education initiative, an advocate for flexible working, and a trustee and school governor, and she is an elected Council Member of the Chartered College of Teaching.
