Irina Lyublinskaya

Irina Lyublinskaya is a Professor of Mathematics and Education at Teachers College, Columbia University in New York City, where she focuses on STEM education, mathematics education, educational technology, teacher education, curriculum development, and international education. She holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from Leningrad State University (now St. Petersburg State University) and has taught at both the university and high school levels for more than three decades. Her work emphasizes integrating technology and, more recently, artificial intelligence into mathematics and science teaching, and she has received multiple awards for teaching excellence, including recognition from professional organizations such as NSTA and induction into the New York State Mathematics Educators Hall of Fame.

Lyublinskaya is the co-author of Teaching AI Literacy Across the Curriculum: A K-12 Handbook, which provides a framework and practical strategies for embedding AI literacy across subjects and grade levels.
