She serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Collaborative Classroom, where she works at the intersection of instructional practice, professional learning, and organizational strategy. A Corwin author, Sawyer co-wrote Professional Learning Redefined: An Evidence-Based Guide with Marisa Ramirez Stukey, a practical framework that distills more than 25 years of research on effective professional learning into tools and protocols for improving instructional practice at the school and district levels.
In addition to her book, Sawyer has authored several articles and has been published in the National Reading Conference Yearbook, reflecting her longstanding engagement with literacy and teacher learning.
