Jamie Lee Curtis

Jamie Lee Curtis is an American actress and children’s author, born November 22, 1958, in Los Angeles, California, to actors Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh. Acclaimed for her film career, she is also recognized for her work as an author of picture books that address core childhood experiences and emotions.

As a children’s book author, Curtis has written a series of bestselling picture books, many of them illustrated by Laura Cornell, including I’m Gonna Like Me: Letting Off a Little Self-Esteem, which celebrates self-acceptance and confidence in early childhood.
