Jane Krauss
Jane Krauss is a teacher, author, and education consultant specializing in project-based learning and technology integration in K–12 classrooms. A former teacher in Oregon schools, she has worked as director of Professional Development Services at the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), where she managed programs and provided professional development on technology integration for educators internationally.
Krauss is coauthor, with Suzie Boss, of Thinking Through Project-Based Learning: Guiding Deeper Inquiry (Corwin, 2013) and Reinventing Project-Based Learning: Your Field Guide to Real-World Projects in the Digital Age (ISTE; multiple editions). She develops curriculum and programs for the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT), focusing on increasing participation of girls and other underrepresented groups in computer science. Krauss also designs and teaches online courses in project-based learning and provides professional development workshops and conference presentations for educators in the United States and abroad.
