Jane Meredith Adams

Jane Meredith Adams is a writer of fiction and nonfiction and the co-author, with Dylan Scholinski, of The Last Time I Wore a Dress, a memoir first published by Riverhead Books in 1997. The book received a Lambda Literary Award.

Adams is a former Boston Globe staff reporter and has reported for publications including The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, and Slate. She holds an A.B. in government from Harvard University and an M.F.A. in writing from San Francisco State University; she has also been a USC Annenberg Health Journalism Fellow.
