Jasmine K. Kullar

Jasmine K. Kullar, EdD, is a chief school leadership officer overseeing more than 100 schools in a large metropolitan public school district in Georgia and a faculty member in the College of Professional Studies Educational Leadership Department at a postsecondary institution in Georgia. She has over a decade of school leadership experience across elementary, middle, and high school settings in both Canada and the United States and previously served as a middle school principal at Pine Mountain Middle School in the Cobb County School District and at Northwestern Middle School, which became the first Model Professional Learning Community (PLC) school in Georgia under her leadership.

Dr. Kullar is the author of Cultivating Exceptional Principals: A Guide for Principal Supervisors to Hire, Develop, and Retain School Leaders, co‑written with Bruce R. Fraser and Lisa M. Reddel, as well as Training Teacher Leaders in a PLC at Work: A Guide to Cultivating Shared Leadership and Connecting Through Leadership: The Promise of Precise and Effective Communication in Schools. She also works as a PLC associate with Solution Tree, presenting nationally on topics such as principal leadership, professional learning communities, teacher leadership, and women in educational leadership.
