Jeffrey Donald, MS, is an educator and instructional leader who has served in K–12 education for more than sixteen years, and currently works as the Mindfulness Coordinator for Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland. He holds a Master of Science degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Hood College and has been featured discussing school-based mindfulness and student well-being on national outlets such as PBS NewsHour.
A certified 500-hour master yoga and meditation teacher, Reiki Master, and Y.O.G.A. for Youth teacher trainer, Donald has led international wellness retreats in countries including Mexico, Costa Rica, and Belize. He is a coauthor of Cultivating Happiness, Resilience, and Well-Being Through Meditation, Mindfulness, and Movement: A Guide for Educators, a practical, research-based resource that integrates mindfulness, yoga, and meditation into classroom and school settings.
