Jenna Copper, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of education whose work focuses on literacy, perspective-taking, and high-engagement instructional strategies. Before entering higher education, she taught secondary English Language Arts for over a decade and is a certified K–12 reading specialist.
She is the co-author of the bestselling instructional methods book Keeping the Wonder: An Educator’s Guide to Magical, Engaging, and Joyful Learning and author of Roll Call, both centered on creative, student-centered teaching. Copper also presents professional development for educators and has published in journals, textbooks, and online outlets associated with organizations such as AACE, IGI Global, ReadWriteThink, and We Are Teachers.
