Jenna Mancini Rufo

Jenna Mancini Rufo is an inclusive education consultant and founder and CEO of EmpowerED School Solutions. She spent nearly 20 years in public education as an assistant superintendent, special education director, teacher, and inclusion facilitator, and she also completed graduate study at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education.

Rufo has worked with state departments of education, disability rights organizations, and school systems in the United States and Australia to support more equitable, inclusive special education programs. She is the co-author of Reimagining Special Education: Using Inclusion as a Framework to Build Equity and Support All Students, The Way to Inclusion: How Leaders Create Schools Where Every Student Belongs, and Conquering Math Myths with Universal Design: An Inclusive Instructional Approach for Grades K–8.
