Jennifer Ryschon Knight is an author and educational professional who coauthored The Reflection Guide to Better Conversations: Coaching Ourselves and Each Other to Be More Credible, Caring, and Connected and The Reflection Guide to The Impact Cycle: What Instructional Coaches Should Do to Foster Powerful Improvements in Teaching, both developed with Jim Knight and Clinton Carlson as companion resources to instructional coaching frameworks. Her work focuses on helping educators and instructional coaches deepen their reflective practice, strengthen professional conversations, and support more effective teaching and learning through structured guides and tools aligned to the Better Conversations and Impact Cycle models.
