Jenny Killgallon

Jenny Killgallon is the coauthor, with Don Killgallon, of a series of influential writing and grammar worktexts that use the “sentence composing” approach to help students develop stronger, more sophisticated sentences. Her coauthored titles include Sentence Composing for Elementary School: A Worktext to Build Better Sentences (2000), Getting Started with Elementary School Sentence Composing: A Student Worktext, Story Grammar for Elementary School: A Sentence-Composing Approach (2008), Grammar for Middle School (2006), Grammar for High School (2007), Grammar for College Writing (2010), Paragraphs for High School (2012), Paragraphs for Middle School (2013), Paragraphs for Elementary School: A Sentence-Composing Approach, and Daily Sentence Composing. She is noted in publisher and bookseller materials as an educator who has co-taught with Don Killgallon in the Odyssey Program of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
