Jessica Holloway

Jessica Holloway is an experienced instructional coach and district innovation coach whose work focuses on creative, innovative practices that transform student learning experiences. She specializes in STEM education, innovative instructional practices, and professional learning, and is committed to empowering educators to design and lead transformative learning experiences for students. Holloway was recognized as a 2019 ASCD Emerging Leader and is a 2024 Google for Education Certified Innovator.

She is the co-author of _Make Your School Irresistible: The Secret to Attracting and Retaining Great Teachers_, published by ASCD, which explores how school leaders can build cultures where teachers feel safe, seen, soothed, and secure, and where schools become places educators want to stay and grow. In addition to her writing, Holloway contributes to professional learning through speaking and podcast appearances on topics such as teacher retention, school culture, and leadership that centers and supports educators.
