Jessica Johnson
Jessica Johnson is an elementary school principal and district assessment coordinator for the Dodgeland School District in Juneau, Wisconsin, and an adjunct professor in the Educational Leadership Department at Viterbo University. She is co-author of _The Coach Approach to School Leadership: Leading Teachers to Higher Levels of Effectiveness_ (ASCD, 2017), written with Shira Leibowitz and Kathy Perret.
In addition to this work, Johnson is a co-author of _Breaking Out of Isolation: Becoming a Connected School Leader_ (Corwin, 2015) and _Balance Like a Pirate_ (Dave Burgess Consulting, 2018), and has self-published a children’s novel, _Adventures in Blockworld: A Novel for the Young Minecraft Fans_. She was recognized as the 2014 Wisconsin Elementary School Principal of the Year and is active in professional learning networks, including co-moderating the #CoachApproach Twitter chat and co-hosting the #PrincipalPLN podcast.
