Jim Van Allan

Dr. Jim Van Allan is an education leader, keynote speaker, and President of The Energy Bus for Schools, where he runs a school culture program based on Jon Gordon’s bestseller The Energy Bus and coaches school leaders and superintendents on mindset, teamwork, communication, and culture-building. He is a Professor of Communication Studies at Keiser University, holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, and speaks to schools and districts across the United States through keynotes, trainings, workshops, and student assemblies.

Van Allan is the co-author, with Jon Gordon, of The Energy Bus for Schools: 7 Ways to Improve Your School Culture, Remove Negativity, Energize Your Teachers, and Empower Your Students, and has also been described as a bestselling author of The Energy Bus Field Guide. He hosts the Energy Bus for Schools Podcast, where he focuses on communication, leadership, and building positive school cultures.
