Joe Cuddemi is a national educational consultant with more than 30–35 years of experience in education, specializing in the implementation and development of the Professional Learning Communities (PLC) at Work® process to build collaborative school cultures and improve student achievement. Over his career he has served as a teacher, counselor, and principal in a wide variety of educational settings, and he began his teaching work on the Fort Belknap Reservation in Montana and in Kingston, Jamaica. He has worked with schools and districts across the United States, delivering keynotes, workshops, and coaching on PLC at Work®, school culture, Response to Intervention (RTI), priority schools, and social-emotional learning.
Cuddemi is a contributing author to Charting the Course for Collaborative Teams: Lessons From Priority Schools in a PLC at Work® and Charting the Course for Leaders: Lessons From Priority Schools in a PLC at Work®, both published by Solution Tree as part of an anthology series on turning around underperforming and priority schools.
