Joseph Jones

Joseph Jones, Ed.D., is the superintendent of the New Castle County Vocational-Technical School District in Delaware. An educator and leader, he began his career as a social studies teacher and later served as principal of Delcastle Technical High School, where he earned Delaware’s Outstanding Academic Achievement Award and was recognized as Secondary Principal of the Year. He holds a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Delaware.

Jones is a co-founder of TheSchoolHouse302, a leadership development institute, and is a frequent speaker on educational leadership.
