Judith Hale is a performance improvement consultant and author whose work focuses on facilitating effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders in education and organizational settings. She is a co-author of Facilitating Shared Success: A Practical Guide for Leading Collaborative School Improvement (Where Collaborative Inquiry Meets Real Change), published by Solution Tree and designed to help K–12 leaders and teams use collaborative inquiry to drive sustainable school improvement.
Hale’s recent publications include The Performance Improvement Facilitator Playbook: Guiding Collaboration, Driving Results (Amazon Press, 2025), co-authored with Deb Page, and The School Improvement Specialist Field Book (2013), in addition to Facilitating Shared Success (2025), co-authored with Deb Page, Jean Quigg, and Kayla (or Kala) Duncan.
