Kate Roth
Kate Roth is an education writer and former elementary school teacher whose work focuses on interactive writing. According to a 2012 article about her research, she had recently graduated from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education at that time, and she later coauthored Extending Interactive Writing Into Grades 2–5 with Joan Dabrowski in The Reading Teacher.
She is also a coauthor of Interactive Writing Across Grades: A Small Practice with Big Results, PreK–5 (2016), published with Joan Dabrowski, and has an earlier article in Journal of Early Childhood Literacy on the impact of interactive writing instruction on first graders’ independent writing with Kathleen Guinee.
