Kathryn Kee
Kathryn Kee is a co-founder of Results Coaching Global and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. She has worked in education for decades, serving in roles that included teacher, reading specialist, department head, campus instructional dean, director of staff development, director of gifted education, assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction, and executive leadership coach.
According to published author and organization bios, Kee has a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology, an M.Ed. from Louisiana State University and Southern University, and doctoral work in Public Administration at the University of Texas at Arlington; she also holds additional certifications from Texas Woman’s University, the University of Oklahoma, and Southwest Missouri University. She is a founding partner of Results Coaching Global and has helped develop its curriculum and Accredited Coach Training Program. Her books include Results Coaching: The New Essential for School Leaders, Results Coaching Next Steps: Leading for Growth and Change, and Results Coaching: Transforming from Leader to Coach Leader.
