Katy Sue Traicoff
Katy Sue Traicoff is an experienced educational consultant and coach with more than eighteen years in education, spanning classroom teaching, district instructional coaching, and campus administration roles. She focuses on fostering collaborative learning environments and developing high-performing professional learning communities (PLCs), and works with educators as a presenter, coach, and author. Traicoff holds a bachelor’s degree in business communication from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls and a master’s degree in administration from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.
As an author, Katy Sue Traicoff has contributed to multiple books on school collaboration and visioning, including Anchor Your Vision: Navigational Tools and Strategies for Every Stage in a PLC at Work® (with Shawn Creswell and Emily McClain) and Celebrate to Motivate: The Art of Inspiring Students, Staff, and the School Community (with Shawn Creswell). She also engages in professional conversations about school leadership and mission as a guest on education-focused podcasts.
