Keith T. Myatt

Keith T. Myatt, Ed.D., is a coauthor of Leading Change Through the Lens of Cultural Proficiency: An Equitable Approach to Race and Social Class in Our Schools and Culturally Proficient Coaching: Supporting Educators to Create Equitable Schools. He also coauthored Culturally Proficient Education: An Asset-Based Response to the Conditions of Poverty.

According to publisher and bookseller listings, Myatt was a full-time instructor in the School Leadership Programs at California State University, Dominguez Hills. He previously worked in Educational Leadership Services at the Los Angeles County Office of Education as a director in the California School Leadership Academy, and he has presented seminars on cultural proficiency and coaching for educators.
