Kennet Fröjd is a Swedish school principal, inclusion specialist, and author with over 30 years of experience focusing on inclusion through evidence-based learning strategies. He works as a science of learning communicator and podcaster (Fröjd’s Toolbox) and is active in professional development around socio-emotional learning and classroom climate.
Fröjd is the Swedish co-author of Lärarens verktygslåda – Praktiska strategier för att hantera mångfalden i klassrummet (Teacher’s Toolbox – Practical Strategies for Managing Diversity in the Classroom), written with Wendy Murawski and Jennifer Austin, which offers 30 concrete, evidence-based tools to address ten major classroom challenges in diverse K–6 settings. He frequently lectures and is interviewed on strengthening students’ emotional skills and helping teachers manage diverse, inclusive classrooms using structured, research-informed strategies.
