Kimberly Rodriguez Cano
Kimberly Rodriguez Cano is a consultant with more than 30 years of experience in education. She has served as a transition specialist, special education coordinator, professional development director, and school improvement specialist for the Florida Department of Education, supporting educators across Florida and the United States.
She was a high school special education teacher in Virginia before returning to Florida in 2007. Rodriguez Cano earned a degree in psychology from Saint Leo University, where she was class valedictorian, and holds a Master of Science in special education leadership from Old Dominion University. She is also a coauthor of Charting the Course for Leaders: Lessons From Priority Schools in a PLC at Work®.
