She is the creator of the MTSS² Framework™, which replaces fragmented referral practices with proactive, data‑informed structures, and is the founder and CEO of Commonwealth Consulting Agency (CCA), a firm that partners with state agencies, districts, and schools nationwide on systems‑level improvement.
