Kristen Donegan

Kristen Donegan is an elementary educator, coach, and founder and CEO of Easy Teaching Tools, a classroom organization and productivity company that has supported thousands of teachers since around 2010. She has taught elementary grades starting in 2005, including kindergarten through second grade in California and Oʻahu, Hawaii, and has worked as a reading specialist. Donegan also hosts the Real Teacher Talk podcast and leads The Organized Teacher Club and related professional development workshops that focus on sustainable classroom systems and teacher work–life balance.

Donegan is the author of The Organized Teacher Toolkit, a practical guide that introduces her Organized Teacher System for helping elementary teachers streamline routines, prioritize tasks, and reduce after-hours work. In addition to her book, she has presented at professional development conferences such as SDE Nationals and Teach Your Heart Out, sharing research-based strategies for classroom management, organization, and time-saving instructional practices.
