Kristin Rouleau
Kristin Rouleau is the executive director of learning services and innovation at McREL International, where she leads consultants who help schools, districts, and education agencies translate research into solutions for teaching, leading, and learning. She is a licensed school administrator with more than 25 years of classroom and school leadership experience, including work as a classroom teacher, principal, curriculum specialist, and district-level curriculum administrator.
Rouleau is a coauthor of Learning That Sticks: A Brain-Based Model for K–12 Instructional Design and Delivery and has also coauthored Curiosity Works: A Guidebook for Moving Your School from Improvement to Innovation, Unstuck: How Curiosity, Peer Coaching, and Teaming Can Change Your School, and The New Classroom Instruction That Works. The book Learning That Sticks was published in 2020 and lists Bryan Goodwin, Tonia Gibson, and Kristin Rouleau as authors.
