Krystle Cobran
Krystle Cobran is an inclusion specialist, lawyer, and educator who focuses on creating conversations about race that build connection, particularly in educational settings. She is the author of The Brave Educator: Honest Conversations about Navigating Race in the Classroom, which supports teachers in engaging students in meaningful dialogue about race. Cobran has taught courses on race as a visiting lecturer at the University of Georgia in 2016 and 2017, and has served as the Inclusion Officer for Athens-Clarke County, Georgia.
Cobran holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Florida, a master’s in public policy from William & Mary, and a law degree from The George Washington University. She has created and hosts the podcast The Space Between Us, which features human-centered conversations about sharing stories and connecting across racial and social distance.
