Lakesha Robinson Goff

Lakesha Robinson Goff is an instructional leader and educator with more than a decade of experience as a teacher, coach, professional development facilitator, and administrator. She is the coauthor of C.R.A.F.T. Conversations for Teacher Growth: How to Build Bridges and Cultivate Expertise (ASCD, 2019). She has taught in several highly regarded and innovative schools, including The SEED Public Charter School in Washington, D.C., and the Ron Clark Academy in Atlanta, Georgia, and has also served as a guest facilitator at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa.

Goff has held leadership roles such as assistant principal at Ivy Preparatory Young Men’s Leadership Academy and at Centennial Academy in Atlanta Public Schools, as well as Manager of Teacher Leadership Development with Teach For America in Metro Atlanta. She earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Howard University and an M.S.Ed. in Secondary Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
