Dolly Chugh is a social psychologist and professor at the NYU Stern School of Business, where she studies the “psychology of good people,” focusing on unconscious bias and the gap between our values and our everyday actions. She holds an MBA and a PhD from Harvard University and previously worked in investment banking, consulting, and media before entering academia.
She is the author of The Person You Mean to Be: How Good People Fight Bias, which uses insights from behavioral science to help readers align their intentions with more inclusive behavior, and A More Just Future, which explores how people can confront and reshape their understanding of America’s past and present.
