Linda Kranz

Linda Kranz is an American author and illustrator known for her children’s books and journals centered on creativity, self-expression, and appreciating nature. On her website, she says she was born in Savannah, Georgia, moved frequently as a child, and has lived in Arizona with her husband for more than five decades; she also says she worked in the publishing industry for over 30 years.

Her best-known book is Only One You (2006), which has been followed by titles including You Be You and Where I Belong. Sources also describe her as a self-taught artist and note that she has received the IRA Children’s Choices Award.
