Lindsay Whorton
Lindsay Whorton is president of The Holdsworth Center, a Texas-based nonprofit organization dedicated to developing stronger leaders for public schools and a founding member of the center’s leadership team. She has served as president since 2019, guiding its growth from an initial cohort of seven Texas school districts to working with dozens of districts and thousands of education leaders.
Whorton is the author of A New School Leadership Architecture: A Four-Level Framework for Reimagining Roles, which proposes a redesigned, four-tier model of school leadership focused on sustainable roles and stronger instructional support for teachers. Her work, including this book, centers on building coherent, human-centered systems of educational leadership that help educators thrive and improve outcomes for students.
