Lindsey Moses
Lindsey Moses is a professor of literacy education in the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College at Arizona State University and the program coordinator for the M.A. in Literacy Education. A former elementary teacher, she works with classroom teachers on effective literacy instruction in diverse settings, and her research focuses on elementary literacy instruction and English learners.
Moses has authored or coauthored several professional books, including Supporting English Learners in the Reading Workshop, Comprehension and English Language Learners: 25 Oral Reading Strategies that Cross Proficiency Levels, and What Are the Rest of My Kids Doing? Fostering Independence in the K-2 Reading Workshop. Her 2024 book, Supporting Multilingual Learners: 50 Strategies for Language and Literacy Instruction, presents research-based strategies and scaffolds for elementary classrooms.
