Lisa L. Lande

Lisa L. Lande is an education expert and advocate for teacher and student voice, currently serving in a senior leadership role with the Quaglia Institute for School Voice and Aspirations, where she has directed international and field services initiatives focused on amplifying voice and aspirations in schools. A former high school teacher and college professor, she has also led several large-scale school improvement and reform projects, including co‑designing and directing the Idaho Leads Project at Boise State University, a statewide professional learning network serving dozens of districts, hundreds of schools, and thousands of teachers.

Lande is the co‑author of Teacher Voice: Amplifying Success, written with Russell J. Quaglia, which examines teacher voice through the Quaglia Institute’s guiding principles of self‑worth, engagement, and purpose. She is also a co‑author of Engagement by Design: Creating Learning Environments Where Students Thrive and The Power of Voice in Schools: Listening, Learning, & Leading Together, further extending her work on fostering meaningful voice and engagement for educators and students worldwide.
