Lisa M. Reddel is an executive principal of school improvement in a large metropolitan school district in Northern Virginia and has more than 30 years of experience in schools and districts. Her career has included roles as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, district director, executive principal, and educational consultant.
According to publisher information, she was an elementary school principal beginning in 2003 in Virginia and Colorado, worked in central offices supporting administrators K–12, and has presented at conferences across the United States. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Washington, a master’s degree from Virginia Tech, and a superintendent’s license from the state of Virginia. She is a coauthor of Cultivating Exceptional Principals: A Guide for Principal Supervisors to Hire, Develop, and Retain School Leaders.
