Liz Arney

Liz Arney is an education and technology specialist known for her work in blended learning and instructional innovation. She is the author of Go Blended!: A Handbook for Blending Technology in Schools, a practical guide that draws on her experience designing and implementing blended learning models in K–12 settings. Arney previously served as Director of Innovative Learning at Aspire Public Schools, where she created Aspire’s blended learning model and led the transformation of multiple schools to blended approaches. She later became a Partner at NewSchools Venture Fund, supporting schools and districts through large-scale instructional and pedagogical shifts.

Arney holds an Ed.M. (Master of Education) from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and her work focuses on using technology to advance teaching, equity, and student achievement. In addition to authoring Go Blended!, she works as an independent education consultant, advising on curriculum innovation, professional learning design, and effective technology integration in classrooms.
