Liz Wiseman is a researcher, executive advisor, and CEO of The Wiseman Group, a leadership research and development firm based in Silicon Valley. She has taught leadership to executives around the world and has written for Harvard Business Review, Fortune, and other business and leadership publications.
She is the author of Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter, The Multiplier Effect: Tapping the Genius Inside Our Schools (with Lois Allen and Elise Foster), and Rookie Smarts: Why Learning Beats Knowing in the New Game of Work. Wiseman earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University, and she previously spent 17 years at Oracle Corporation, where she served as vice president of Oracle University and global leader for human resource development.
