Lori Stollar

Dr. Lori J. Stollar is an educational consultant and district-level leader with more than 35 years of experience in public education, specializing in curriculum, professional learning, and organizational change. She has served as a Director of Curriculum & Technology, professional development specialist, adjunct professor, and high school social studies teacher, and is known for her work with professional learning communities, collective teacher efficacy, and classroom instruction. Stollar holds a bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University, a master’s degree in Teaching and Curriculum from The Pennsylvania State University, and a doctorate in educational leadership from Widener University.

Stollar is the Executive Director of PA EDGE, where she leads statewide efforts to strengthen leadership practice and educator development, and also works as an educational consultant through Lori Stollar Consulting. She is the co‑author of Leading Resilient Schools: Adapting for Collective Efficacy, Impact, and Coherence (Corwin, 2026), a work that connects research on collective efficacy and resilience with practical guidance for school and district leaders.
