Lori Woodley-Langendorff

Lori Woodley-Langendorff, MS, PPS, is an author, experiential keynote speaker, and nationally recognized education leader specializing in social-emotional literacy and resilience in schools and communities. She is the author of SEL Muscle Mastery: Six Tools for Building Resilience and Connection in Schools and Communities, which offers practical tools for embedding social-emotional skills into everyday educational practice. A former multi-level school counselor with over 30 years in education, she holds a master’s degree in educational psychology and has worked as a counselor, consultant, curriculum developer, and educational trainer.

Woodley-Langendorff is the CEO, founder, and Chief Visionary Officer of All It Takes, a nonprofit she co-founded with her daughter, actress and producer Shailene Woodley, and now runs alongside her son Tanner Woodley, the organization’s creative director. She is the producer and co-creator of the award-winning A Trusted Space® film and curriculum series and the national PSA This Is A Trusted Space, which has reached millions of viewers and supports schools in addressing grief, stress, and behavior. In 2026, she was named Counselor Advocate of the Year by the California Association of School Counselors (CASC), recognizing her impact as a leading advocate for school counseling and prevention-focused SEL supports across California.[4
