Lyle Kirtman
Lyle Kirtman is a leadership development consultant and CEO/president of Future Management Systems Inc., a firm specializing in leadership and organizational development, strategic planning, high‑performance team development, conflict resolution, and executive coaching. He has worked in leadership development for more than 30 years, consulting with over 700 organizations, including around 300–350 school districts across educational, non‑profit, corporate, and government sectors. Kirtman has also chaired the Massachusetts governor’s task force on innovation in education and has consulting experience with entities such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard University, and corporate and nonprofit organizations including Cisco Systems and United Way.
