Maggie Tokuda-Hall

Maggie Tokuda-Hall is an American author of children’s and young adult books. She earned a B.A. in Studio Art from Scripps College and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the University of San Francisco.

Her books include Also an Octopus, The Mermaid, the Witch, and the Sea, Squad, Love in the Library with illustrator Yas Imamura, and The Siren, the Song, and the Spy. Tokuda-Hall lives in Oakland, California.
