Marlena Hebern

Marlena Hebern is an educator, author, and co-creator of EduProtocols, a set of instructional lesson frames designed to promote critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity in K–12 classrooms. She is the co-author, with Jon Corippo, of The EduProtocol Field Guide: 16 Student-Centered Lesson Frames for Infinite Learning Possibilities and The EduProtocol Field Guide Book 2: 12 New Lesson Frames for Even More Engagement, and has also contributed to The EduProtocol Field Guide Math Edition: 15 Student-Centered Lesson Frames for Math Mastery and Deploying EduProtocols.

Hebern draws on extensive classroom and coaching experience to support teachers in implementing technology-rich, student-centered instruction, and is recognized as a Google Certified Innovator and Google Certified Trainer. She is a co-founder of EduProtocols and EduProtocols Plus, leads professional development for schools and districts, and received the 2020 EdTech Digest Award: Leader Setting a Trend for her work with EduProtocols.
